What are Competitive Seniors (FQPL Teams)?

The Competitive Seniors program is designed for players seeking a higher level of football within the Football Queensland Premier League (FQPL) competition structure. These teams represent the club in advanced divisions, offering players the opportunity to compete against some of the strongest sides across the region.

The program focuses on performance, discipline and development, with an emphasis on technical ability, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning. Players are selected through a trial process to ensure teams are balanced and competitive, and expectations around commitment and training attendance are higher than in community-level football.

At Pimpama City FC, FQPL teams typically train two or more times per week and play weekend fixtures as scheduled by Football Queensland. Coaching staff work closely with players to support both individual and team growth, preparing them for continued success at senior competitive levels.

The Competitive Seniors pathway offers players a chance to challenge themselves, represent their club at an elite community level, and continue developing their football careers within a supportive and professional environment.

The Season will kick off from the 6th of March 2026.

Juniors (U13-U18) and FQPL4 Trials will take place on the 8th, 15th and 22nd of November from 9am-11am on the fields at King’s Christian College Pimpama.
