Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to club@pimpamacityfc.org.

Refunds will be paid in the following circumstances:

• If a player is injured and unable to participate for the remainder of the season, they may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the club portion of the fees.

• If a player has not participated in any scheduled match, they are entitled to a full refund of the club fees (less the administration fee), provided the request is made within one week of the season commencing. After this time, any refund will be subject to a pro-rata reduction and may not be eligible for an association fee refund.

Please note:
• Football Australia / Football Queensland fees are non-refundable once a player has participated in a scheduled fixture.
• All approved refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Refunds will not be paid in the following circumstances:

• If a player has participated in one or more scheduled fixtures and then chooses not to continue for the remainder of the season, all fees (club and association) become non-refundable.

The Pimpama City FC Management Committee reserves the right to review and make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
